DC Rowhouse Renovation

This renovation of an 832 SF, two bedroom/1 bath rowhouse, built in 1914 included the complete renovation of all interior spaces, including all new cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and finishes.

The strategic removal of plaster from brick walls and the removal of dated plaster ceilings add texture and character, while improvements to the floor plan, such as new storage elements, a sliding bathroom door, and more open first floor make more efficient use of the small home. Other improvements include new windows, updated HVAC and new ductwork, new tankless water heater, and new washer/dryer.
